2011 ASCA Conference - TradeWinds Grand Resort Information

TradeWinds Island Resorts is pleased to have an exclusive partnership with Resort Transportation Services. Resort Transportation Services office is located in the TradeWinds Island Grand Lobby and has their desk staffed daily from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm; with a night crew of drivers available for our guests convenience.

Resort Transportation Services airport transfers are as follows:
Sedan (1- 4 persons) @ $65.00 each way
SUV (1- 6 persons) @ $85.00 each way
Van (up to 10 persons) @ $120.00 each way
Mini-Van (1-5 persons) @ $75.00 each way
23 passenger mini-coach @$185

Resort Transportation Services can assist with preparing a spreadsheet to group people together for cost effectiveness, for travelers may be from all over the country, we find the flight times to be within 20-30 minutes of each other. In most instances they in a group scenario are able to provide the transfers for as little as $20.00 per person each way.  This is direct service, with no other stops or passengers not affiliated with your group. They will also provide a meet and greet at baggage claim upon request.

In addition to airport transportation, Resort Transportation Services also extends our services for any outside activities such as golf, fishing, shopping, dinner outings and more.

TradeWinds Island Resorts is pleased to provide you with a discounted room rates for the dates of January 31-February 8, 2010. Please note that the rates will be offered 3 days pre and post, based on availability.

GUEST ROOM RATES:

All Guest Rooms are subject to 12% tax.

View Hotel Rooms can be guaranteed at an additional $25.00 per room, per night.

 One Bedroom Suites can be guaranteed at an additional $50.00 per room, per night.

RESERVATIONS AND BILLING

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

Your group is listed as ASCA 2010 Annual Conference in our Group Reservation Department. Reservations will be taken directly by telephone at 1-800-808-9833 (USA and Canada) through December 31, 2009.

***SHARED ROOMS/SPLIT BILLING

Please notify the reservations agent upon confirming your guest room reservation if you will be sharing a room and need split billing and they will be happy to make these arrangements for you.

DEPOSITS ON RESERVATIONS

To confirm a reservation, a first night's deposit (US Funds via check, money order, valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express card) must be received with the reservation request. Personal checks must be received within 10 days of reservation request or reservation will be released. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival. 

PURCHASE ORDERS

To confirm a reservation with a purchase order, a purchase order number must be provided upon making your reservation. Payment in full for your guest room accommodations and a copy of the purchase order must be received to the hotel 10 days prior to your arrival date or the reservation will be released. 

DEBIT CARDS

Debit cards that are provided upon check in will be automatically charged for your full room night amount; in addition to $50.00 for incidentals per day.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Reservation changes on arrival and departure dates may be made up to 48 hours in advance prior to your check in date. Changes in reservations after that will be charged the full amount.
