The Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) and the Stetson University College of Law are hosting this webinar to discuss operational techniques for VAWA, Campus SaVE Act, and Clery. This webinar will discuss the recently passed changes to these acts. An additional webinar will be conducted at a later date when specific regulations are enacted.
Operational techniques discussed will include:

• Rationale of the act
• Policy Programs
• Hate Crime category changes
• Who reports this information and how
• Student and Employee reporting requirements
• Resource Development

If you register for a webinar and must cancel your registration, All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing three business days prior - Friday, April 26, 2013 - to the event by 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.
Cancellations received 3 days prior to the webinar, paid or non-paid invoice, will incur a $15.00 administrative fee. All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by the deadline(s) listed within this policy. Requests may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to ASCA, PO Box 2237, College Station, TX 77841 but must be postmarked 3 days prior to the event - Friday, April 26, 2013.
Request for refunds received after this deadline will not beconsidered.
You may substitute another individual from your institution to fill your registration space. This substitution will not incur the $15.00 administrative fee.
You may also elect to remain registered and not attend the webinar. With this selection, you will receive all handouts and the recorded weblink to the webinar. You will not incur the $15.00 administrative fee.
Refunds will be sent within two to three weeks after the webinar has concluded.

Individuals who have registered for an ASCA webinar but have requested to be billed and decide not to attend MUSTnotify ASCA of your cancellation via the ASCA Webinar Cancellation Policy above. Failure to submit payment is NOT grounds for cancellation and will be subject to payment obligations as specified by the date of cancellation.
