In today’s campus climate, Student Conduct Administrators are often called upon to make judgment calls regarding free speech vs hate speech. Understanding the first amendment is vital to helping our campuses navigate this renewed era of student speech and activism.  Two full days of information, case studies, and best practices will expand your campus response tools.  This is appropriate for student conduct, residence life, campus police/security, campus response teams, and SSAOs.
