In the last 40 years, many campuses have built organizational conduct processes that largely mirror their individual student conduct processes. As these organizational cases become more complex and intertwined with federal regulation, a better model of managing these cases is needed. This webinar will provide strategies for streamlining and improving campus organizational conduct procedures and will provide participants with a variety of resources related to the adjudication of organizational misconduct.

Presenters:
Gentry McCreary, PhD, Affiliated Consultant
The NCHERM Group, LLC
Dr. Gentry McCreary is a consultant for the NCHERM Group, LLC, a law firm specializing in risk management in higher education. In that role, he speaks to college students across the country about hazing and sexual assault, and works with college campuses to improve their adjudication of organizational misconduct and their prevention and investigation of hazing and sexual misconduct. He worked for 10 years in higher education in a variety of administrative roles, including as Associate Dean of Students/Deputy Title IX Coordinator at the University of West Florida, and as Director of Greek Affairs at the University of Alabama during a time in which that Greek community became the largest in the United States.
