Profile: Christine Simone

Christine Simone serves as the Deputy Director for ASCA with primary responsibilities in educational content development, event facilitation, and progression of Association initiatives. Prior to joining ASCA full-time in January 2019, Christine volunteered with the Association for six years, which included a year of service on the ASCA board of directors. Professionally, she most recently served as chief housing officer and senior conduct officer at two small, private institutions with expertise in policy creation, compliance, communication, and leadership development. Christine is a doctoral candidate at the College of Saint Mary (Omaha, Neb.) in process of her dissertation that explores the intersection of students' internal mental health and external conduct behaviors through the lens of small, private college hearing officers. She completed her Master of Education at University of South Florida and her Bachelor of Science at Florida Southern College.
