DoED Proposed Title IX Regulations: Implications for Student Conduct Practitioners

On November 16th, the US Department of Education released their proposed regulations for Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The process will include an open comment period for individuals, advocates, associations, institutions of higher, and any other interested parties. This webinar will explore the proposed regulations including items that are mandates verses options, the process to provide comment and implications to consider when doing so, as well as points to consider in your institutional discusssion.  Please join us as we discussion these areas as well as the impact on the student conduct field as a whole.
