Partnerships with Purpose: Organizational Conduct
Leaders from the Association for Student Conduct Administration and the Fraternity Executives Association collaborated to produce and release the Communication and Collaboration Guidance for Inter/National Fraternal Organizations and Campus Student Conduct Professionals in 2018. This document is intended to provide suggested protocol for both campus conduct staff and inter/national staff and leaders when working together to address an allegation of chapter misconduct. The goal of this document is to encourage an open and collaborative partnership between host institutions and fraternal organizations to fairly and appropriately adjudicate organizational conduct issues. The presenters will review the components and suggested implementation of this guide, including the following topics: communication, timelines, sharing of information, and other expectations of inter/national organizations and campus conduct professionals, followed by a Q&A.
Laura Matthews, Director of Student Conduct & Community Standards at Lynn University
