Join the Women and Student Conduct Community of Practice for an educational sanction showcase where six members will each present their most effective educational sanctions and how these sanctions work in a virtual setting. These sanctions will address COVID noncompliance violations as well as more typical student conduct violations.

Pamela Altmaier is currently working as the Assistant Director of Community Standards in Housing at the University of Montana and one of the Co-Chairs for the Housing and Residence Life COP for ASCA. She have been working with Community Standards and Housing for about 6 years and has Masters of Science in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University. 
 
Valerie Glassman

Valerie Glassman is a 13-year veteran of student conduct administration and a doctoral candidate studying the impacts of "judicialization" on student conduct practitioners. She has experience in adjudicating allegations in student organizations, residence life, sex- and gender-based harassment, academic dishonesty, and non-academic dishonesty, and is co-author of a chapter on inclusive excellence in formal and informal adjudication pathways in the second edition of "Reframing Campus Conflict." She is currently serving as Interim Director of the Clinical Support Division at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Nursing

Allison Hayes primarily focuses on behavioral violations at Indiana State University. Allison has been in Higher Education since 2006, and full time in student conduct since 2017. Allison’s BS is in Agricultural Leadership from Oklahoma State University and her MS is in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University. 
 
Erin Kaplan
La Salle University

Erin Kaplan is currently the Director of Student Conduct at La Salle University in Philadelphia. In her current role, she manages the student conduct process as the lead student conduct offer, provides training for University’s student conduct officers, serves as a member of the University’s Sexual Misconduct and Interpersonal Violence Response Team, and serves as a member of the University’s Students of Concern team. Erin has been working in student affairs and within student conduct for the past seven years (since 2013). Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Organization Communication from Western Michigan University and her Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Erin is the Co-Chair of the ASCA “Women and Student Conduct” Community of Practice.
 
Alicia Myrick

Alicia Myrick currently serves as the Assistant Director for Community Standards and Case Manager at Clayton State University in Morrow, Ga. She received her B.A in Spanish Literature and International Business from Georgia State University and her Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Student Affairs Leadership at the University of Georgia. She has been working in Student Conduct/Title IX for 10 years. In addition to her official duties at CSU, she currently serves as the Co-Chair of the ASCA Women and Student Conduct Community of Practice. Holly Taylor

Holly Taylor received her M.Ed. in College Student Affairs from the University of South Florida in 2006 and has been working in student conduct offices ever since. Currently she is assistant dean and director of the Office of Student Conduct at Lehigh University. At Lehigh, Holly manages individual and organizational, behavioral and academic cases.
