Deputy Title IX Coordinator/Senior Title IX Investigator
Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is seeking a Deputy Title IX Coordinator & Senior Title IX Investigator to support the University's efforts to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct and assist with all aspects of Title IX compliance and the institutional response to sexual misconduct. The role has two main key functions: to serve as the lead university investigator for reports of student sexual misconduct and to lead enterprise-wide sexual misconduct prevention education for student audiences ranging from K-12 to undergraduate and graduate levels. The Deputy also serves as the designee and backup for the Title IX Coordinator when needed. This position is based within the Office of Human Resources.
