Program Manager, Student Conduct and Community Standards
Florida State University's Division of Student Affairs seeks an enthusiastic and
collaborative Program Manager of Student Conduct and Community Standards with a
focus on Alternative Resolution. The Program Manager that joins the team with a focus on Alternative Resolution will serve to strengthen the alternative resolution portfolio within the conduct process while providing support to students going through the process.

  • Establish and maintain a student-centered environment that encourages learning, accountability, and alignment with community standards and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert in SCCS and oversee the procedural standards for alternative dispute resolution cases while assisting with the managerial and administrative responsibilities within the department.
  • Responsible for leading the research and development of programs that address alternate resolution, restorative justice, moral and ethical development, and values congruence within the scope of student conduct.
  • Plan and provide educational programming to the Florida State community on topics such as responsible freedom, ethical decision making, and conflict resolution.

  • Bachelor's degree and four years experience; or a high school diploma or equivalency and eight years of experience. (Note: or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to eight years.)
