Presenters:
Laura Corddry Laura Corddry, M.Ed., is the Associate Vice President of Student Experience at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Her role includes oversight of the Office of Dispute Resolution and Student Conduct, the Office of Online Engagement, Student Experience Support Services, the Advantage Program, Employee Engagement, and the Learning and Development of all student experience staff. In addition, Laura co-chairs the Risk Assessment Team, and leads the Employee Engagement Squad for the online division of SNHU. Laura's BA is in Human Services with a minor in counseling from Lesley University, and her M.Ed. is in Higher Education Administration with a specialization in planning and policy from UMass Lowell. Laura has spent the majority of her career in higher education, including roles at Lesley University, Pine Manor College and UMass Lowell. When her children were very young she took a brief sabbatical from higher education and worked as a floral designer and as a contractor for the Department of Public Health. When not at work, Laura is usually found running around her hometown of Billerica, MA with her two children, Noah and Owen, and her wife Jessica. She enjoys spending time outdoors in the summer, watching the Bravo Network, hunting for treasures in local thrift shops and flea markets, planning her next vacation getaway, or hanging out with family and friends.
Kelly Lockwood Kelly Lockwood is the Associate Director of Dispute Resolution, Student Conduct, and Academic Integrity at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She oversees a team of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity Managers who investigate and adjudicate violations of SNHU’s Student Code of Conduct and Academic Integrity policies as well as moderating disciplinary hearings. Kelly also oversees SNHU’s Dispute Resolution Analyst team which investigates and resolves student initiated disputes, including Title IX and Title VII concerns, and allegations of ADA/504 violations. Kelly also sits on SNHU’s Academic Integrity Working Group, a cross functional team of stakeholders from throughout the university dedicated to promoting a culture focused on Academic Integrity to students, faculty, and staff and is a member of SNHU’s Risk Assessment Team. Kelly holds a BA in English and Secondary Education and an MA in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology, both from Boston College, and a graduate certificate in Leadership of Not-for-Profit Organizations from SNHU. Prior to her work in higher education, Kelly taught high school English for five years at Cathedral High School in Boston, MA, serving two of those years as an AmeriCorps volunteer, and was the case manager for YouthBuild Lowell in Lowell, MA. She and her husband, Jim, and their daughter Abigail live in Nashua, NH. Fun fact – Kelly is a trained singer and has performed at Epcot, along with appearing in many regional musical theater productions.
